Uncompatability with McIntosh

i wish to cancel my registation for internet downloads, under the 10 day probation clause. Your system apparently is not compatible with Macintosh, aand I have been unable to operate your program. I would appreciate a full refund of your charges, as there is no possibility of my using a PC. I am sorry as this would have been very acceptable otherwise. I did find your pages very confusing!.
